2010 is preceded by similar meetings held in Cuba since 1991, which have attracted the attention of a number of specialists from around the world, as well as international and regional organizations related to quality. Quality

The Symposium will take place, simultaneously 6 Workshops for Quality priority issues, which explains the papers selected for this event, as well as plenary sessions will be held daily where Keynotes will be given by distinguished guests and Issues Sessions free in the form of posters. Work will address the main themes of the Symposium. Be presented in 82 cm (horizontal width) and 120 cm (vertical length). In the time allotted for discussion, the main author must be with your job to answer questions.
PRESENTATION OF WORK
Abstracts and papers should be submitted in English or English and sent to the Organizing Committee via email or calidad2010@ncnorma.cu calidad2010@inin.cu , serving the following requirements: i.
Abstracts will presented in the following format: title, authors, institution, city, country, with no more than one page, 11 point Arial font.
ii. The work will take at least 5 pages and a maximum of 15, with the following format: Introduction, objectives, materials and methods, results, conclusions and references.
iii. The word processor used in either case MicrsoftWord 6.0 or 92 (or higher), with the following format: justified text, Arial 11 point font, line spacing 1.5, margins on all sides by 2.5
iv. Job Title Arial 13 points, centered and in bold
v. Author information: Name of author (s) name and address of the institution, e-mail, telephone and fax numbers and country of origin (especially in bold)
vi. The images, tables, graphs etc., Should be inserted in the document which should not exceed 1Mbyte (over 300 Kbyte must be compacted with WinZip 8.1 (or lower) or WinRar 3.0 (or lower)
vi. Presentations sent in Power Point, Microsoft Office 2000 package or more

Acceptance of papers:

Registration fees are paid directly to the Registration and Accreditation Centre of the Palace of Conventions in Havana, home of the Symposium, by:
· Cash CUC (Convertible Cuban Peso)
· Credit cards
The registration fee, as well as other payments in Cuba will be in Cuban Convertible Pesos (CUC), the official currency in the country. The same can be obtained on arrival to Cuba in airports, hotels, banks and exchange houses. This currency exchange can be done by Euros, U.S. and Canadian dollars, British pounds, Swiss francs, Mexican pesos, the exchange rate and fees applicable at the time.
Payment can also be done through VISA, Master Card, CABAL INTERNATIONAL FINANCIAL BANK, not belonging to banks and / or subsidiaries in the United States of America.
